REFUND_POLICY

1. PROJECT_BASED_REFUNDS
For project-based engagements, payments are structured around defined milestones. If a project is cancelled before a milestone is completed, you are entitled to a refund for the portion of work not yet delivered. Work that has been completed and approved at each milestone is non-refundable.
2. DEPOSIT_TERMS
An initial deposit is required to commence work on any project. This deposit secures your position in our development queue and covers initial planning and resource allocation. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services.
3. SERVICE_DISSATISFACTION
If you are dissatisfied with the delivered work, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, if the work does not meet the specifications outlined in our agreement, we will either rectify the issues at no additional cost or issue a partial refund proportionate to the non-conforming deliverables.
4. SUBSCRIPTION_SERVICES
For ongoing subscription services (maintenance plans, hosting, support retainer), you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. No refund will be issued for the current billing period in progress, but no further charges will be applied after the notice period.
5. REFUND_PROCESS
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct administrative fees where applicable.

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by LuminaryGridWorks, located at Paseo de Sagasta, 15, Piso 6B — 50008, Zaragoza, Zaragoza, España, España. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. SCOPE_OF_SERVICES
LuminaryGridWorks provides web application development, automation tool engineering, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure setup, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.
2. CLIENT_OBLIGATIONS
You agree to: provide timely access to necessary resources, systems, and information; respond to project-related communications within 48 business hours; review and approve deliverables within the agreed review periods; and ensure that all content and materials provided do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
3. INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project are transferred to your ownership. LuminaryGridWorks retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement. Pre-existing libraries and third-party components remain subject to their original licenses.
4. PAYMENT_TERMS
Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule defined in the project agreement. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Work may be paused if payment is overdue by more than 21 days. All prices are in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes (IVA/VAT).
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship for a period of 3 years. Neither party may disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
6. LIABILITY_LIMITATION
LuminaryGridWorks' total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
7. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. All completed deliverables and source code will be transferred to you upon receipt of final payment.
8. GOVERNING_LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zaragoza, Spain. Both parties agree to attempt informal dispute resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.
